Save Daily Log drafts on mobile
We’re updating the quick add Daily Log experience on the mobile app to allow you to store drafts on your device. This helps to ensure Daily Log information is never lost. If you try to close a Daily Log without saving, the log will auto-save and be stored as a local draft.

Small software renovations in Early Adopter

• Give custom roles Job Costing Budget viewing: Admins can now give custom role users viewing access to the Job Costing Budget without the ability to add, edit or delete other financial information.

• Decide which roles have permissions by job status: To mimic the Sales side of our platform, you can now grant specific job status permissions to user roles. Jobs with a Presale status can be viewed by those in sales roles but is restricted from those in roles like field crew or project manager. Alternatively, jobs with an Open status can be restricted from those in sales roles.

• File replacement update: Replacing a file within a job now updates only the file in that specific job, leaving the source template and other jobs untouched. This ensures that documents are unique to each job and maintains integrity and relevance to each project.

Multiple Job Proposals
Soon you'll be able to create all your proposals – from presale to final contract – in the Job Proposals feature. You can clearly create multiple iterations of proposals as your job estimate is refined. With the consolidated Proposal Dashboard, you'll be able to make updates as many times as you need with clear access to every version along the way.
