You can now see how many new and unread comments you have
We added a comment count that shows the total as well as the amount of new unread comments for each item. You'll find this function across many of our features including To-Do’s, Daily Logs, Schedule Items and Bills/POs.

Small software renovations for June | Below are the feedback-driven software updates we completed in June.
Project management update | Last updated by: You can now easily see when information has been updated as well as who made the update. This allows you to stay up to date with the most recent changes and direct communication accordingly.
Project management update | Schedule item progress in List View: Quickly identify a schedule item's progress right from the Schedule List View instead of having to click into each item individually to see an update.
Project management update | Daily Log titles: A new Title field has been added to Daily Logs, so you can enter a descriptive name to the entry. This will allow you to efficiently search and identify specific Daily Logs, saving you time.
Project management update | To-Do's related item count in Schedule item: Easily see how many related to-do items have been created or are associated with your schedule, to reduce double entry and ensure everything is complete.
Project management update | Add Related Items to Change Orders: Reduce double entry and ensure all appropriate actions have been accounted for by adding items to the Related Items section within Change Orders. Related items include bids, invoices, purchase orders and schedule information.
Sales and Lead Opportunity update | Create a custom Lead Contact Form for your website. On your Lead Opportunities list view you can now add a Contact Form to your website, select the information you'd like to collect and best of all, any form fills will automatically sync to your Buildertrend Lead Opportunities page.

Add To-Do’s directly from the grid view | We’re creating an easier way for you to add To-Do’s to your jobs. Soon you’ll be able to insert To-Do’s directly from the grid view.
Feel confident sending invoices with in-app previews | We’re creating a real-time, in-app preview of Owner Invoices, so you can view invoices from your client’s perspective before you send.
