Moved to Early Adopter

• Build and format your Estimate on one page: In our Estimate feature, we’re merging the Estimate Worksheet with the Build Proposal view to create the new Proposal Worksheet view. This will create a single-page experience that’s easier to use. You’ll have the ability to add, move or edit line items and categories on one page instead of going back and forth between the Worksheet and Format page.

Small software renovations in Early Adopter:

• Two Job Costing Budget updates:

  1. Progress bars: We added two progress bars to the top of the Job Costing Budget, giving users a high-level insights view of overall job cost performance with total project costs and total invoices.

  2. Revised vs Projected Costs column: We added a column to the Job Costing Budget, allowing builders to compare their revised vs projected costs. This will help you quickly assess if on-the-job costs are trending positively or negatively.

• Correctly displayed line-item quantities in Invoices: We updated the unit cost and hours quantities to properly calculate totals when pulling from Bills or Time Clock shifts to an Owner Invoice – instead of displaying the quantity of one.
