What's new?

Establish a reliable system of record with enhanced version control, annotation and signature tools—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless collaboration across all documentation.

We're enhancing document capabilities through updated annotation tools in the file viewer and an improved, fully customizable signature request feature.

Annotations in the file viewer
We’re expanding the editing and annotation tools within the new file viewer, enabling builders to mark up, draw, highlight and comment directly on files. Annotations will save to the document and remain visible to support better collaboration.

Enhanced signature requests
We’re improving the experience of signature requests on documents to provide a robust, user-friendly and fully customizable signature management tool that meets the evolving needs of our builders and their clients. You’ll be able to customize the type and location of signatures or initials across documents with clear insight to when and who has signed the document. This experience and functionality will also integrate with the new file editing tool.

Recently released
A refreshed file viewer provides seamless viewing and updating of documents with the option to update all linked items at once. Additionally, the new Related Items tab allows you to see where documents are referenced throughout the platform to access quickly and avoid inconsistency.
