🎉 New ✨ Improved Job Proposals

Provide scope options on proposals

STAGE: 🚧 In Progress

What’s new?

We’re working to provide a better way for you to present and receive homeowner approvals for optional scopes of work on job proposals.

You should be able to clearly communicate and differentiate the core scope of work on a project and optional scopes without using proposal notes, selections, change orders or multiple proposals.

This experience will have multiple release updates until fully implemented. This roadmap card will move to Recently Launched once everything is complete. Planned updates, subject to change based on customer feedback, are listed below.

Updates include:

  • In Early Adopter

    • Clearly display optional scopes: On estimates, you can mark groups as Optional. This will make it clear to homeowners which items are the core scope of work, and which are optional.

    • Builders can approve or decline optional scopes: You have the ability to physically approve or decline scope options, which will update the builder-facing project cost and price totals.

  • In Progress

    • Updated Budget and Estimate worksheets: Once optional scopes are approved or declined and the overall proposal scope is approved, your Budget and Estimate worksheets will reflect line items and job cost totals.

    • Custom display of optional scopes: You’ll have more control over how and where you want to display optional scopes of work, on your proposals.

    • Homeowners can approve or decline optional scopes: Homeowners will have the ability to physically approve or decline scope options, which will update the owner-facing project cost and price totals.

Note: Lead Proposals (on the Sales side of the platform) will not receive these functionality changes.
