      Recently Launched

      Small software renovations for February

      • Pass credit card fees to clients: You can now automatically pass credit card fees as a surcharge to their clients during checkout – but remember, you must opt-in to this feature. Your clients will be charged a flat rate of 2.99% for all card transactions. However, with this change, we’re also removing the option for clients to transact with American Express.

      • Estimate line item access on Job Costing Budget: We’ve linked the estimate-related items under Original Budget Costs. This allows you to view estimate line items directly in the Job Costing Budget.

      • Updated Lead Opportunity, Lead Activity and Lead Proposal attachments: The attachments experience for Lead Opportunities, Lead Activities and Lead Proposals has been redesigned to be more cohesive and modern. Updates include a new View All option in the schedule item details modal, relocated annotation tools in the context menu, persistent attachment views, non-clickable Sub/Client viewing icons (now adjustable via the Context menu) and a new File Viewer that opens with a single click.

      Keep clients informed with Client Updates
      We’re building a dedicated area of the platform called Client Updates where you can go to quickly create and provide weekly recap summaries for your clients. This new feature will collect daily inputs from Schedule Items, Change Orders, Daily Logs, Invoices and Selections. It’ll also include a Draft AI Summary button to help you generate a summary in seconds.

      We’re continuing to make updates on our 2024 Job Costing Budget release to ensure the workflow is ideal for managing your job costs. Planned updates are listed below. Visit this roadmap card to learn more or provide feedback.
