Integrate your HubSpot account through Buildertrend Marketplace

We’re excited to share that you can now integrate your HubSpot account with Buildertrend! This is the first customer relationship management solution to be available on Marketplace. It allows you to automatically convert sold leads from HubSpot into active jobs in Buildertrend.

To connect your accounts, navigate to the Company Settings in the top right corner of your Buildertrend account and select HubSpot under Integrations. For more information visit this Help Center article.

What else went live?

Below are some of the small software renovations we completed in July. These customer-driven updates will help you work simpler and ensure the success of every project.

  • Click out to close: Save clicks and time by simply clicking out of a pop-up screen to close. Forget to save your data first? We'll prompt you if there are unsaved changes, so you won't miss documenting any important updates.

  • Add related items to Change Orders: Reduce double entry and sure all appropriate actions have been accounted for by adding additional items to the 'Related Items' section inside a Change Order. Related items include Bids, Invoices, Purchase Orders and Schedule items.

  • Generate QR codes for files: Provide quick access to important files by generating a QR code to place in the field or on printed documents for your clients.

  • Updated Owner Portal photo viewing experience: We updated the homeowner viewing experience to be more modern, by removing the 'Photo Details' they care little about, and allowing them to focus on the photo and relevant comments.

  • Replace Cost Codes with Catalog Items on Estimates: Save time while refining your project Estimate by quickly swapping out Cost Codes with Catalog Items without having to add and remove extra line items.
