Send Deposits to Quickbooks Online

What's new?

As a quick follow up to our recently launched Deposits feature, you now have the ability to send Deposit payments to QuickBooks Online.

This experience will have two release updates, and this roadmap card will move to Recently Launched once everything is complete. Planned updates, subject to change based on customer feedback, are listed below.

Updates include:

• Recently Launched

  • Deposits paid through Buildertrend Payments will sync to QuickBooks Online

• In Progress

  • Deposits paid offline (e.g., cash, check, card outside of Buildertrend Payments) can be marked as paid in Deposits and will sync to QuickBooks Online

Note: There’s currently no plan to sync Deposits with QuickBooks Desktop or Xero.
