What's new?

Our new Deposits and Credit Memos features will help ensure an accurate job running total and proper homeowner invoicing.

Deposits will allow you to request advance homeowner payments (e.g., design agreements, retainers, etc.) from a presale job or sales lead and apply it to one or more future invoices. You’ll be able to clearly show homeowners where the deposit payment was applied and ensure you don’t over-bill your clients.

Credit Memos can be used for product returns, overcharges, service issues or discounts to lower the amount owed on an Owner Invoice or eliminate an invoice entirely. However, Credit Memos will not reduce the Job Running Total, so the price of the job will remain unchanged.
