Modern Customer Portal updates: To deliver valuable information to homeowners, we’re updating the desktop version of the Customer Portal Summary page with a more user-friendly experience. View this roadmap card for a breakdown of all changes.

Small software renovations in Early Adopter:

• Easily track variance costs: Any costs marked as a variance on a purchase order now carry over to an associated bill. This will help you clearly document, track and view variance costs on the Job Costing Budget.

• A faster way to invite homeowners to Buildertrend: You can now invite homeowners to Buildertrend from the homeowner contact card. We also removed the Invite will be sent on save step.

Provide scope options on proposals: We’re working to provide a better way for you to present and get homeowner approvals for optional scopes of work on job proposals. You’ll be able to clearly communicate and differentiate the core scope of work on a project versus optional scope add-ons on a single job proposal.
