Modern Customer Portal Summary page
What's new?
To deliver more valuable information to homeowners, we modernized the Customer Portal summary page for desktop users with a more user-friendly look and experience.
Changes include:
Updating the left-hand side with clearer builder contact information, homeowner Action Items and a Communications section.
Updating the main page content with a clearer Project Financials section. We removed the remaining balance and invoice totals and replacing them with a new Next Invoice callout. We also changed the current Daily Log section to a horizontal list called Project Updates and removed the weather section.
We used in-platform messaging to inform current homeowners that their portal would soon have a new look and updated information.
Newly invited homeowners now receive in-app messaging introducing the value of using the Customer Portal and guiding them through the experience.
