    Recently Launched

    Send Deposits to QuickBooks Online
    As a quick follow up to our recently launched Deposits feature, you now have the ability to send Deposit payments to QuickBooks Online. This experience will have two release updates, and the roadmap card will move to Recently Launched once everything is complete.

    This release allows Deposits paid through Buildertrend Payments to sync to QuickBooks Online. Deposits sent to QuickBooks Online can only be applied to invoices through Buildertrend.

    Small software renovations for October

    • Attach multiple files to Selections and Warranties: You can now attach multiple files to existing Selection choices and Warranties from the action menu within Files.

    Moved to Early Adopter

    Provide scope options on Proposals
    This experience will have multiple release updates until it’s fully implemented. The following release is now in Early Adopter:

    • Favorite optional scopes: Homeowners can now star options on their Job Proposals. Selecting the star icon next to Job Proposal options will result in a favorite subtotal at the bottom of the proposal and add to the total proposal price. Proposals cannot be approved with starred options, all options must be approved or declined.

    Small software renovations in Early Adopter

    • Faster permission management for files and folders: You can now edit who has access to files and folders directly from the File list, in a single click.

    Override projected costs in the Job Cost Budget
    Soon, you'll be able to click directly into the projected cost column for any cost code and manually increase or decrease the projected value. This’ll help you maintain an accurate forecast of required capital before associated bills or other documentation have been entered in Buildertrend. 

    Link bills to existing purchase orders
    Coming soon, users will be able to upload bills to the Cost Inbox or create bills from scratch and link them back to existing purchase orders, pulling in all PO details.
