Track owner deposits and credit memos

  • Deposits allow you to request advanced homeowner payments from a pre-sale job or sales lead and apply it to one or more future invoices.

  • Credit Memos can be used for product returns, overcharges, service issues or discounts to lower the amount owed on an owner invoice or eliminate an invoice entirely.

Provide scope options on proposals

This experience will have multiple release updates until fully implemented. The following releases are now available:

  • Clearly display optional scopes: On estimates, you can now mark groups as Optional. This will make it clear to homeowners which items are the core scope of work, and which are optional.

  • Builders can approve or decline optional scopes: You can now physically approve or decline scope options, which will update the builder-facing project cost and price totals.

Small software renovations for September

  • Attach multiple files to bid packages and change orders: You can now attach multiple files to existing bid packages and change orders from the action menu within Files.

Give Job Costing Budget Permissions

New permissions allow you to grant access or hide the Job Costing Budget for specific internal roles. You’ll no longer have to be a full admin to view the Job Costing Budget. Since the Job Costing Budget is powered by all related financial tools, changing permissions will auto-grant permissions to all related items.
