Give Job Costing Budget Permissions

What's new?

New permissions allow you to grant access or hide the Job Costing Budget for specific internal roles. You no longer have to be a full admin to view the Job Costing Budget.

Since the Job Costing Budget is powered by all related financial tools, changing permissions will auto-grant permissions to all related items.

If this Budget permission is checked, the following financial permissions will be selected, and can't be adjusted:

  1. Bids

  2. Estimate / Takeoffs

  3. Estimate General Items

  4. Bills / Purchase Orders

  5. Cost Inbox

  6. Owner Invoices

  7. Payroll

 

If this Budget permission is checked, the following financial permissions under cost and/or price viewing are selected and can't be adjusted:

  1. Job Info

  2. Change Orders

  3. Selections

  4. Bills/POs

  5. Time Clock

  6. Estimate General Items
