PDF signature request update: The Signature Request tool within Files has been updated to enhance the usability and responsiveness, which will provide a more seamless experience when you request signatures on PDF documents.
Moved to Early Adopter
Give Job Costing Budget permissions
New permissions allow you to grant access the Job Costing Budget for specific internal roles. Users who aren’t full admins will be able to view the Job Costing Budget when granted access. Please note, the Job Costing Budget is powered by all related financial tools, so changing permissions will auto-grant permissions to all related items.
Provide scope options on proposals
This experience will have multiple release updates until fully implemented. The following release is now in Early Adopter:
Client option approvals: Homeowners will have the ability to approve or decline scope options, which will then update the owner-facing project cost and price totals.
Small software renovations in Early Adopter
New financial columns on the Jobs List: You can now view Estimated Cost, Revised Cost and Amount Invoiced data across multiple jobs on the Jobs List. These columns can also be added to saved or default views.
Generate folder QR codes: You can now create QR codes and copy and paste QR links for file folders directly in the app.

Sync bill edits to QuickBooks and Xero
Soon, users connected to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop or Xero will be able to edit pre-existing, unpaid bills in Buildertrend and those edits will automatically sync in their accounting platform.
Send Deposits to QuickBooks Online
As a quick follow up to our recently launched Deposits feature, you now have the ability to send Deposit payments to QuickBooks Online.
