Better visibility of refund and charge-back fees

What’s new?

When you provide a refund or receive a charge-back fee with online payments, a fee is associated with it. The fee amount varies depending on the payment processor and credit card vendor.

Currently, these fees are lumped into one line item within our Online Payment Report.

To aid you in more accurate job costing and accounting reconciliation, we’re working to give you better visibility to these refund and charge-back fees. We’re still working on the logistics, but we’re hoping to display them as separate line items within the Online Payment Report.
