Quickly refund online payments

What's new?

We’re updating our online payment refund process, so you can submit homeowner refunds immediately, instead of having to wait for processing times. Currently, depending if your homeowner pays via credit card or ACH, your Issue Refund button doesn’t become available for three to seven business days. This forces you to check back every few days to see if the refund option is available.

We're updating this process to save you the time and hassle of waiting for processing. Soon, you’ll have the ability to issue your refund as soon as the homeowner submits a payment.

Homeowners will have to wait for the processing of payments and refunds. You’ll have to ensure them that they’ll receive refunds for ACH payments in three to 12 business days, and refunds for credit card relatively faster than that.
