What’s new?
It's now easier for you to talk internally with your teammates or with active subcontractors or owners with our new Chat feature. This is available on both desktop and mobile so you can communicate efficiently, wherever you are. Plus – all chat history is saved in one place, ensuring you don't lose track of conversations across platforms.
Our initial launch includes:
One-on-one and group conversations with internal users and active homeowners, subcontractors and vendors (we're looking into abilities for inactive accounts and outside phone numbers)
Push notifications for unread messages
Option to easily rename, leave or remove users from a group chat
Timestamps to view the date and time messages were sent
Basic text formatting including bold, italic, underline and strike-through as well as bulleted and numbered lists
Easily share detailed project links: Copy the URL from To-Do’s, Daily Logs, Schedules, Purchase Orders, Bills or Selections and paste it into a chat
Uploading or pasting images from the desktop or mobile app
